The Day of Jewish and Roma Culture was held on August 13, 2023 in the premises of the historical park on the meadow near the Jozef Schreiber mausoleum.
The event was opened by the MACHOL CHAI dance group with a demonstration of traditional Israeli dances. In the first block, a lecture on the topic took
place holocaust by Lenka Veselá. The second lecture was focused on the Roma Holocaust by Mr. Matej Nový. The last lecture was given by Lenka Veselá,
Fr Jewish holidays and customs. The event was accompanied by the singing of psalms performed by Mr. Jiří Vondrák and Jewish songs by Monika Podkalská.
